Setup Time
Decorating time typically ranges from 2–4 hours, depending on the package selected.

Location & Travel
Muse Me is based in Buckhead area and services locations within a 15-mile radius at no additional cost. Travel beyond this radius will incur an additional $3 per mile.

Parking & Access Fees
Certain hotel and venue locations may require an additional $30 parking fee, which will be added to the final invoice.

House Call Fee
All in-home setups require an additional $80 house call fee due to ceiling heights, room layouts, wall materials, paint types, furniture placement, setup time, and overall design variability.

Booking Requirements
All orders must be placed at least one (1) week in advance of the event date. Earlier bookings are strongly recommended.

For last-minute bookings requested within one (1) week, a rush fee will apply. While I do my best to accommodate short-notice requests, availability is not guaranteed. Please still submit the inquiry form, and a custom quote will be provided.

Payment Policy
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 72 hours prior to the scheduled setup date.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
All deposits are non-refundable, as orders begin processing immediately upon booking. Once the final payment has been made, it is also non-refundable. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the final payment may be applied toward a rescheduled date at no additional cost.
