To begin, please complete the inquiry form below. This form serves as a brief consultation to gather your event details, preferences, and any special touches you’d like included. Once submitted, I will reach out to confirm your vision, pricing, and payment details.

Booking Requirements
All proposal bookings must be secured at least two (2) weeks in advance of the proposal date. While earlier bookings are encouraged, a minimum of two weeks is required.

For last-minute requests made within one (1) week, a rush fee will be applied. While I do my best to accommodate short-notice bookings, availability is not guaranteed. Please complete the inquiry form, and a custom quote will be provided.

Payment Policy
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due one (1) week prior to the proposal date.

Additional Fees
Parking and travel fees will be added to the final invoice, if applicable.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
All deposits are non-refundable, as orders begin processing immediately upon booking. Once the final payment is made, it is also non-refundable. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the final payment may be applied to a rescheduled date at no additional cost.
